Hivenet provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist platform that helps businesses manage appointments, client communications, and operational workflows. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to use Hivenet for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or deceptive content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, or to interfere with its normal operation.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
Your use of Hivenet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
All content, trademarks, and technology on Hivenet are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hivenet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the settings panel.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
