By accessing or using Hivenet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
Hivenet provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist platform that helps businesses manage appointments, client communications, and operational workflows. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to use Hivenet for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or deceptive content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its underlying infrastructure. Prohibited industries — you may not use Hivenet, and may not onboard, operate, or message on behalf of, any business in the following sectors, regardless of local legality: • Adult services, including prostitution, escort services, or adult/sexual content of any kind • Illegal or regulated substances, including cannabis and drug paraphernalia where prohibited • Gambling, betting, or games of chance • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives • Unregulated financial services, including cryptocurrency exchanges, initial coin offerings, or unlicensed lending • Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes Prohibited messaging practices — regardless of industry, you may not use Hivenet to send unsolicited bulk messages, message any recipient without their prior explicit opt-in, send phishing or deceptive links, or transmit hate speech, harassment, or content that violates WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy. These restrictions exist because Hivenet operates as a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider — a violation on your account can jeopardize the WhatsApp access of every other business on the platform, not just your own.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
Your use of Hivenet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
All content, trademarks, and technology on Hivenet are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hivenet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the settings panel. Immediate, non-refundable termination — we may suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without prior notice and without any refund of fees already paid, if: (a) you or a business you onboard operates in a Prohibited Industry under Section 4; (b) your use of the platform causes WhatsApp/Meta to flag your number as "Low Quality," restrict your messaging tier, or disable your account or ours; or (c) you provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during signup or identity verification. Where required, we may report the violation to Meta or other relevant platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
